THE CLINICAL JOURNEY
Rohtak is preserved as an important earlier chapter in Dr Bhushan Kathuria’s ENT practice. The work developed from individual clinical practice into a departmental model and a broader ENT team.
Historical context: later departmental services continued under the Rohtak team after Dr Bhushan moved away from regular clinical practice there.
The professional record expanded across Head & Neck Oncosurgery, Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Otology, Cochlear Implant, Airway and complex ENT surgery, together with fellowship and hands-on clinical education.
The accumulated experience is now organised as a dedicated ENT surgical centre in Hisar, with a connected pathway from consultation and assessment through treatment, recovery, rehabilitation and follow-up.

This timeline preserves the sequence that can currently be supported. Where an exact date is not yet established, the milestone is intentionally described by phase rather than assigned an invented year.
The archive starts with the institution itself: its earliest clinical service, founding team, doctors, staff, service pattern and the way the centre developed over time.
This is an institutional history—not a biography of one doctor.Earlier doctors and team members remain part of the Santosh record even when they are no longer part of the current clinical roster. Their archived profiles should show their role and period of association.
Available early records include Dr Mohit Parik and Dr Dishant Chhabra; additional previous doctors will be added from the preserved Santosh material.In the earlier phase, some specialist services were delivered through scheduled visits. Dr Bhushan Kathuria’s Wednesday visits belong here as part of the institution’s earlier service model.
Historical schedule only—not a current availability statement.As Santosh developed, the clinical model became more continuous, with locally based ENT doctors, fellows, nursing, OT, diagnostics and coordination supporting the centre between specialist surgical sessions.
The team model widened across otology, rhinology, airway, head & neck oncology, skull base and cochlear implantation, with complex cases increasingly managed through coordinated teams.
Clinical teaching expanded alongside service delivery through fellows, observers, workshops, case discussion and structured surgical mentorship. GeNext later became the deeper academic home for this work.
Community ENT and hearing activity developed through camps, screening, referral and supported-care pathways, later organised more formally through Santosh Cancer Foundation.
The Hisar centre began developing as a dedicated ENT clinical and surgical unit. Earlier shaping included Dr Mohit Parik and Dr Dishant Chhabra; Dr Parmod Jangra subsequently took an operational clinical leadership role while complex surgical work remained connected with Dr Bhushan Kathuria & Team.
Santosh Advanced ENT Healthcare evolved from its earlier visiting/scheduled model into a full-time advanced ENT base in Hisar, with continuous clinical services and complex surgical work integrated within the centre.
Dr Bhushan Kathuria’s role changed from the earlier Wednesday visiting pattern to full-time clinical practice at the Hisar centre.The wider record includes Rohtak WeCare, Gohana WeCare, Delhi Hospital Jind, Aabhar Hospital Hansi, Aggarwal Nursing Home Narnaul and the developing Santosh Multispeciality Hospital Bhiwani, with local teams and referral of appropriate complex cases toward the advanced hub.
Santosh Advanced ENT Healthcare, Santosh Cancer Foundation, GeNext MedEd Foundation and AskSushruta became distinct but connected parts of a wider living professional record.
Each retains its own role; the archive records how the relationships evolved.New centres, people, programmes, photographs, publications and milestones can be added as verified evidence becomes available—without erasing earlier chapters.

Some concerns can be assessed during consultation. Others may need a hearing test, balance assessment, allergy evaluation, laboratory investigation, endoscopy or imaging. Your ENT assessment guides what is useful next.
Hearing assessment for children and adults, linked with ENT evaluation and the appropriate hearing-care or cochlear implant pathway.
Focused assessment for dizziness, recurrent vertigo and imbalance, with vestibular testing when it can help guide care or rehabilitation.
Assessment for relevant allergy, with testing and immunotherapy considered when clinically appropriate.
Clinical and hearing assessment for tinnitus, followed by focused investigation and management according to the individual presentation.
Laboratory testing can support diagnosis, medical assessment, preparation for procedures or surgery, and follow-up when required.
Focused endoscopic examination can help assess selected nose, sinus, throat, voice and airway concerns.
Imaging may be advised for selected ear, sinus, head & neck or skull-base conditions when it adds useful information for diagnosis, treatment planning or follow-up.
