RESTRICTED REGISTER
Names, phone numbers, addresses, consent records, individual screening findings, clinical notes, referrals and patient follow-up remain access-controlled for authorised programme and clinical teams.
CLINICAL DELIVERY NETWORK
Specialist participation is shown as a focused clinical network so the community programme remains clear and uncluttered.
